The GMV YMCA is developing a new family branch operation on the Atrium Medical Campus (formerly Middletown Regional Hospital) at Union Road and St. Rt. 122, adjacent to I-75. A proposed $11 million dollar, 74,000 square foot, state of the art facility, the Atrium Family YMCA will also be home to our full day childcare center. This Childcare Center will include infant / toddler care, a preschool creative curriculum, and indoor and outdoor gross motor skill activity areas.

The Atrium YMCA will house an 8,800 square foot Sports Medicine Facility, offering comprehensive sports medicine services including outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and rehabilitation.

This facility will house a 10,000 square foot fitness facility, 4-lane, 25 yard lap pool and a warm water instructional pool, cycling studio, child watch area, special needs/ family locker rooms, aerobics studio and a community meeting space. This new branch will enable the GMV YMCA Association to serve two distinct segments of the same market, while simultaneously maintaining and delivering quality programs and services to the downtown Middletown branch.
