BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Children’s Birthday Parties can be scheduled at your YMCA.  Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance to secure your date.  Dates based on availability.  A deposit of $25 will be required at the time of booking.  All parties are based on 10 children with an additional fee for extra children.  We have four different Party Packages to offer your family:  Water Park at East Butler County YMCA is not available for rentals.

Party Room Package
Package includes use of party room only.
$35 per hour facility member
$50 per hour program member
$3.25 additional child fee

Basic Party Package
Package includes: use of party room for one hour and one hour
swimming or game time in the gym.  Includes a staff member to assist with set up and cleanup.
$95 facility member
$125 program member
$3.25 additional child fee

Standard Party Package
Package includes: use of party room, one hour swimming or game time in the gym, two pizzas, two 2-liters soda, paper goods, decoration and staff member to assist with set up and cleanup.
$135 facility member
$160 program member
$5.25 additional child fee

Deluxe Party Package
Package includes: use of party room, one hour swimming or game time in the gym, two pizzas, two 2-liter soda, birthday cake and paper goods; themed    decorations, party favors, a happy birthday t-shirt for birthday boy/girl and staff member to organize and implement two hours of party fun.  You can choose one of our 6 party themes at the time of booking.

YMCA FACILITY RENTAL
The YMCA facilities can be rented for after hours special events.  Activities available could include swimming, water slide, walleyball, racquetball,
basketball, volleyball, ping-pong.  A large multipurpose room for other
activities and food also available.  Water Park at East Butler County YMCA is not available for rentals.

HUGHES CENTER RENTAL

The Hughes Center at Camp Campbell Gard is the perfect place for a wedding reception, family reunion, company party or meeting.  Located on 200 acres of gently rolling grounds, the Hughes Center is an authentic century old barn featuring the original frame, siding beams, and cozy loft.  Completely renovated, this handsome historic structure brings you all the modern conveniences desired, including comfortable seating for up to 150 people and has a complete support kitchen.
