
Enhance®Fitness is a 60 minute class that uses chairs and padded ankle and hand weights to work on balance, strength, flexibility, and movement. Instructors encourage participants to challenge themselves but to move at their own pace. The class is geared towards older adults, but if you have a chronic condition, such as arthritis, you may gain more strength and independence!
