Group fitness classes are among the most popular exercise programs offered by the YMCA. Whether you're a beginner or a disciplined athlete, we have a wide variety of classes for all levels. Burn calories, sculpt, shape, and increase muscle tone, all in a friendly, social environment. Group exercise classes are FREE to YMCA members.
