YMCA Rebound is a wellness challenge designed to build your spirit, mind and body with weekly activities, video tips and an online community to get you there. Virtual access to the YMCA Rebound Challenge is completely free and YMCA members will gain access to a variety of in-person activities. Here's what we'll be focusing on:


  • Week One - September 7 - Active
  • Week Two - September 14 - Motivation
  • Week Three - September 21 - Love
  • Week Four - September 28 - Nutrition
  • Week Five - October 5 - Connect
  • Week Six - October 12 - Impact
