Healthy living is an important part of our mission - and we want to keep that mission alive despite our current circumstances. It is important now, more than ever, that we come together as a Y movement to remain connected to each other and foster a sense of community. This challenge combines your Y community with Y-approved workouts - to help you stay active, connected, and motivated outside of the Ys doors. Oh, and to have a little fun and competition while doing so!
 

HOW IT WORKS

1. Just Sign Up! Teams are grouped by state so you'll be competing against other YMCA members across the country!

Cardio Goals are based on the American Heart Association's recommendation of at least 150 minutes of cardio exercise per week.

Strength Goals are based on the American College of Sports Medicine’s recommendation of 20-60 minutes per day, 2-3 days per week.

3. Track your workouts using YTRAAK - Use YTRAAK to track your workouts in real-time. YTRAAK can be accessed on all devices and at anytime and takes only 10 seconds to log a workout.

4. Help your state team win! - For the YTRAAK Stay Health-Y 600 Challenge, States are going to be matched up for some fun, community, and competition. Winners of these match ups will be decided by our custom YMCA Challenge Point System that is calculated and displayed in real-time in your profile and on the stats page. The team with the most points at the end of the challenge will be the winner of the match up.

How to Earn Points

WORKOUT MEET GOALS MIX IT UP NUTRITION MISC
To earn the most points workouts must be logged on the same day they occur. Work towards your goal and achieve points along the way. Try something new! Log workouts in each of the 10 different categories. Eating healthy meals and snacks now rewards you with points! Unlock extra points by doing good in your community, being social and using the features of YTRAAK.
