Fun 2B Fit
Fun 2B Fit incorporates cardio training, strength training and active play into a comprehensive exercise program. In partnership with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, the Great Miami Valley YMCA accepts children into the Fun 2B Fit youth exercise program based on physician referrals. The referral, which must be presented at the time of registration, must indicate that your child’s body mass index (BMI) is in the 85th percentile or above for their age and gender
Learn the developmental skills, archery safety and how to correctly participate in this sport. It will help increases hand and eye coordination and accuracy
Home-Schooled Gym & Swim
This class is designed to meet the physical needs of home-schooled children. Trained wellness instructors lead the students through areas of physical fitness, group games and other activities to build spirit, mind and body.
This class of fun active games is designed so kids have fun while getting fit!
Fun for the kids and keeps them active too!
Youth Wellness Center Usage
Ages 10-12 Must complete 2 appointments with a Wellness Coach accompanied by their parent. After successful completion they may workout with their parent.
Ages 13-14 may use the Wellness Center unaccompanied after completion of 2 appointments with a Wellness Coach.
Ages 15 and over only in the designated free weight area.
