Crunch Time

This 30-minute class focuses on only core exercises for a quick workout. Class takes place on the floor with a fitness mat, and utilizes little to no equipment. Movements throughout the class focus heavily on body posture and awareness, and teach proper form for executing many of the most common core engaging exercises.
