Strength Train Together

This music driven strength workout utilizes a combination of barbells, dumbbells, and steps for a high intensity, full body workout. Participants have the opportunity to practice a strength training routine for several weeks to become familiar with movements and increase weight to build strength. The routines are switched up after a few weeks to hit muscle groups with new exercises, and bring fitness to a new level.
