Muscle Mix

Muscle Mix is a low intensity, strength training class that uses hand weights, bands, physio balls and steps. This class provides a full body workout while toning muscles and strengthening your core. This class is open to all levels of strength and ability. 

What to bring?

  • Yoga mat

Why is this class for you?

You should take this class if you are new to resistance training or looking to tone muscles and gain strength.
