Age divisions are: 4-5 Co-ed; 6-7 Co-ed;

Youth | Ages 8-15 | Single Gender Teams split by Age | One Practice During the Week & Games on Saturday

Practice:
One practice night per week for ages +6. Practices days are based off of coach/gym availability
Games:
Games are held on Saturdays - times for games depend on age group/number of teams/location of play.
