This program is designed for Active Older Adults and can be beneficial for individuals who experience arthritis. The class takes place in our shallow water warm pools, and focuses on relaxation, flexibility, mobility, range of motion and balance.

This class is perfect for those who are looking to improve flexibility and balance. By focusing on low intensity strength movements, this class is designed to help with arthritis pain and aches.

Power Up

Empower yourself with a combination of cardio and strength in this shallow water program which utilizes water dumbbells and body weight exercises, with the option to add in water fitness gloves to boost intensity to a new level.

Water Step

This active water fitness format will keep you moving in the shallow end of the pool with specialized water steps for a fantastic cardio workout. Water Step provides an excellent low-impact step option for those who prefer the added support that the water provides.
