Members are able to choose their level of engagement and participate in personalized activities tailored to their specific health needs and interests. When a member reaches a goal, like running a 5K or working out at a fitness center, they get rewarded. Go365 awards its members “Bucks” that can be redeemed for items like gift cards, movie tickets and compatible fitness devices.

NFL Former Player Membership Program (NFLPA/Trust)

They NFLPA/Trust will reimburse the Y for the cost of an individual adult membership, thus offering membership to these former players at no cost. A YMCA membership provides former players an additional resource in the "Lifestyle Pillar,” which The Trust feels is key to a former player’s transition from the NFL. As part of the partnership, the Trust and the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) will pay Ys a joining fee and one month of membership fees for every former player who signs up. When the former player meets the entry requirement of visiting the Y four separate times within the first 30 days, an additional 11 months of adult membership fees will be paid to the Y. If the incoming former player is an existing Y member, he qualifies for 12 months of membership automatically. Upgrades to individual plus dependents, family or family plus memberships are allowed.
