Cardio Row is a 60-minute full body workout on the indoor rowing machine. It is a fun, safe workout for all ages set to music on the rowing machine. Learning the correct rowing technique a lifetime skill! The class is located at the RowAmerica Hamilton boathouse on North B Street. It was the Co-generation building for Smart paper and is the very large blue building by the river.
An exhilarating, body-changing class that integrates music, motivation, and inspiration for a terrific cardiovascular workout. Classes range from 45 minutes to 1 hour. These workouts welcome newcomers and challenge the most seasoned athletes.
A fun dance party atmosphere with a fusion of dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines utilize the principles of fitness interval and body weight training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. An awesome, non-contact, aerobic session designed for the recreational athlete combining moves and muscle conditioning.

Total Body Conditioning
Combination aerobics, extra muscle toning and flexibility. This class includes step, low impact, interval and other fun variations.
This new energetic and fun class uses all muscle groups for a high calorie burn while being easy on the joints. With simple moves set to music at a brisk pace, participants will burn calories while toning muscles. Women's Express Circuit
A fun and creative way to enjoy aerobics! You will dance to Latin/Salsa/Hip Hop! Our instructors teach you all the latest moves with a creative twist here and there. See your physical fitness level increase after each class. All fitness levels welcome!
An enthusiastic rhythmic cardio and strength fitness class. Dance moves are choreographed to international Latin and American Hip Hop music. This class is geared towards all fitness levels. Two pound weights are used throughout the class. Come and join the fun!!
